Management
We are a family owned builder (VA Class "A" Contractor's License
No. 037033) with over twenty years pool design/building experience. We
personally supervise each phase of the construction project and
provide uncompromising quality construction using the finest
handpicked crews in the industry. We are also proud to be members
of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (A.P.S.P.) and promote all of
its policies and standards for ethics and safety in the industry.
Project Profile Typically, our projects begin with a preliminary design consultation with our client to discuss the client's needs and desires. From this meeting, our designer prepares a preliminary dimensional drawing and cost proposal for review with our client. Once our client approves our drawings and authorizes us to proceed with the project, we begin immediately to obtain the necessary building permits and coordinate the phases of construction with our subcontractors. All dimensions and construction specifications are in conformance with A.N.S.I. and A.P.S.P. standards. The project is normally completed within 8 to 12 weeks after the date of excavation.
